Yes the mouths move & can be easily manipulated if you have smaller hands. My hands fit perfectly but since I think they are made for children, the men in our family have a harder time using the puppets.

Can adults use these?

You can’t animate the mouth or hands well, like with a larger puppet, but the animals are cute and can be moved around as if talking . Good enough for use with preschool to age 6.

I bought these hand puppets for my soon to be 4 years old grandson. I ordered them yesterday and received them today, super fast delivery. I like them all and I’m sure my grandson will love them too.
