My dentist recommended that I buy this because a few areas of my gums are inflamed. He said to swish it in my mouth for 30 seconds, as needed. It does actually help the soreness for a little bit, but the main thing is I'm hoping the inflammation goes totally away. .Like all Aloe Vera that is Unflavored, it does not taste great, but this does taste better then I remember it tasting the last time I bought the same brand about 10 years ago. I was told before to mix it with something flavored, maybe half-and-half of the other liquid... at that time I needed to drink about 8 ounces of it. This came in a dark brown plastic type bottle, instead of the glass bottle that used to come in. Which is fine with me. It is lightweight and a bit taller and less wide.. So it fits in the fridge, easier, and as you probably know once it is opened and needs to be refrigerated.

The quantity of the product is well worth the price. Aloe juice is never delicious, however this brand does not leave a strong after taste. I have not experienced any since purchasing. I use it daily for the last 2 week, so far so good.

This would be a 5 star product if it had a different natural consistency like aloe. Aloe vera juice made at home has the pulp and has that slippery/slimy texture that when you drink soothes your stomach. This one does NOT! I have purchased several times because it is convenient not to cut, slice, clean, wash blender, mix, etc. I've tried other brands and this one seems to work better. But I feel it's too water down. I use it right before bed. Take half cup to keep gastritis low. When I flare up I don't have time to make fresh aloe juice, I drink this. It helps along with zinc carnotine, don't eat 3-4 hours before bed, avoid seed oils, fried foods, sugar, flour. Make sure you avoid SEED OILS!! Try to sleep and don't stress. Other products to consider: Mastic gum - Take before sleep or when needed. Marshmallow tea. Sip regularly. B1- This vitamin deficiency can cause lots of gastric issues. MTHFR TEST- If you have mthfr you will have gut issues. May need to take methylation. If you're problem is severe, and if you can afford a functional doctor do so. You can also take BPC 157 though it's a bit expensive. Remember your diet is important. Prebiotics-take these and change them. Wish you well. Pray 🙏

I've been using this for years for digestion, sore throat and ibs symptoms. I've even read that it's good for gums, so swish some around in my mouth after brushing my teeth, too. It's hard to find in stores so getting it through Amazon is great.

La presentación es práctica para guardar en la nevera después de abrirlo. El sabor puede no ser para todo el mundo, así que recomiendo empezar con poca cantidad y leer bien las instrucciones del producto. Para quienes ya conocen este tipo de bebida, me parece una opción conveniente. Yo los utilizo para mis megatés y realmente se siente muy bien; la realidad es que es un producto que a mí me ha funcionado, es cuestión de adaptarse.
