I would try it on a small spot to see if your neck is too sensitive. **Q: Should I use this on legs, arms, hands, feet and below the belt area?** A: I have used it successfully on my legs, arms, hands, and feet. **Q: Does this really works ? How often hair grows back? Can be used intimate areas? Its like shaving or waxing the smoothness left?** A: Yes it does work, I tend to leave it on for the full TEN Minutes Max time to remove all of my course leg hair, and it very smooth way more then shaving along, not sure on how it compares with waxing since I will never do that. And my leg tend to stay smooth for about a week, but you can go 2-3 weeks in between hair removal times, just the more course the hair the longer it takes to work, I have never used it any where but my legs thought.
