what is the difference between this and the 7086 Excilon?

Covidien 6242 are soft and the center opening is small and fit close to the g-tube. Dermacea 7086 are not soft and are thinner and the center opening is large and and the material does feels like it has rayon in it. Not a good feeling next to skin feels like is does not absorb.
