I bought the medium size for my 22 lb Chiweenie, and it is the perfect size for her. She is a really strong chewer, but this stick holds up exceptionally well without splintering like real wood. It keeps her entertained, doesn't leave a messy residue behind, and is much safer than real sticks. Highly recommend for dogs who love to chew!

I have a mini golden doodle. He's about 25 pounds. He's an AGGRESSIVE chewer. He's a good boy and thankfully doesn't chew on our furniture or shoes or anything he's not supposed to lol. You should see his "indestructible" toys though. I've given up on buying him his stuffed animal toys because I'm so tired of walking into scenes that look like they belong on CSI or something. Stuffing all over. Chewed off stuffed animal limbs everywhere. Plastic eyeballs, button noses and ears completely missing. A stuffy crime scene lol 😂 I noticed our lil guy REALLY loved sticks. He'd try to find tree branches or chips of wood, tree bark, anything. So I bought this stick on a whim. He's 25 pounds, I bought him the medium size. And oh my goodness, he LOVES it!!!!! This stick is his MOST favorite toy. He takes it everywhere with him. He plays with it throughout the whole day. I've bought him another "toy stick" before and it was made from like a hard plastic type material. He didn't enjoy it at all. So i was hesitant at first about purchasing this but I was so pleasantly surprised when we received it! It's made of REAL wood! Our sweet boy has never had a toy last longer than a week! I am excited to announce that this stick has lasted him months and is STILL going strong!!!! It feels like wood, and it looks like wood! It's strong. And it doesn't make a mess at all. If you have a dog/puppy that loves to chew, I promise you they will love this. Keeps him busy for hours! It's a great size. Our mini golden doodle is about 24 pounds. The medium was perfect for him. Since he is such an aggressive chewer, I thought the small size would break easier. The medium size would be great for any medium sized dog- up to maybe 50 pounds. I'd get the large for any furry friend that's bigger. I've spent $30 on "indestructible" toys that lasted no longer than a week. This was $9 and has last months and still has a ways to go. Definitely worth the price! I think it's a great gift for a furry friend 💜

This has been a fantastic and super durable teething stick for my husky puppy! It’s the perfect size and will keep him chewing for hours. It’s soft & keeps my puppy engaged for a while!

The newest addition to the family came to me in terrible condition, systemic antibiotic-resistant infection, all orphis’s, skin and paws bleeding, scabbing and oozing. As we got the inflammation, yeast and infection down, we realized that she may also have severe allergies. She is now only allowed to ingest prescription hydrolyzed protein wet/dry food from my vet. She is a massive chewer, I’m talking will eat wooden furniture and paper products (books, etc.), if she doesn’t have cow cheek rolls, Himalayan yak milk sticks and other hard and delicious flavored chews. She’s torn up every natural rubber lick mat, chew toy/treat dispenser and puzzle she’s been given. So when her vet said that she was no longer allowed to have any kind of chew that was flavored, I got very nervous that she would not have any interest in chewing them and would look for a dresser to eat. I figured because she is preferable to chewing on wooden things, this Dogwood chew toy might just do the trick. She took it from me immediately, sniffed it a bit and soon after decided that she really wanted to chew on it for a good 45 minutes straight. She is 26lbs, so I figured I would get the size small because she is right at the small/medium cut off and if she didn’t like it my other little chewer could use it (she is 11lbs). Right after my bigger girls finished the smaller chewer had a go for about 10-15 minutes and made absolutely no damage and she can do some damage for a little lady. They both love it, so I am getting another one in size medium! The size small is just not quite big enough for my big mouthed Frenchy mix (26lbs). She did quite a bit of damage for the amount of time she had it, but I think that is more of a reflection on my size choice than the product. The product is a uniquely hard material, but not like other equally durable toys that get sharp or splinter off in dangerous pieces. Even though my bigger girls chewed about 50% off of the diameter on about 1” of length on the thinner end, it is not sharp whatsoever and doesn’t look like it is at-risk of breaking off or splintering into sharp unsafe pieces any time soon or at all. If a piece ever did break off, because of the natural and quality material, I do not believe there is great risk of choking or injury if it was to be swallowed/eaten. The material gets ever so slightly softer when it is moistened from their chewing. How it remains hard and durable while softening, I have no clue. I do wish there wasn’t such a huge price gap between the sizes when they are not significantly different (this is the only reason I removed 1 star). Overall, I believe this is a quality option for chewers, especially ones with allergies (or think they may have allergies). Their texture and durability keep my dogs engaged, provide them with enrichment and tucker them out. They are also super cute and of course a neutral color so it doesn’t stand out in an overstimulating-neon way. Of course, if your vet has severe food or environmental allergies, please consult your vet. Please disregard her baldness, her fur has just started growing back!

If you want a chew toy that is nearly indestructible this is it. Every dog that come to visit absolutely loves this thing. We have 2 pit bull grand dogs that come to visit and they love this so much I had to buy them each one. My sister had to buy her dogs each one as well.

My dogs love these, and I love that they are chewing these instead of my furniture. This small size is great for my 13 & 17 pound doodles. They are long lasting, so I think it's a decent value, though it would be nice if they were cheaper or offered a multipack (sorry if there is one and I just missed it!)

Seems like a good product, has a good size weight to it, feels solid. But my weird dog doesn't care for it. She will grab it if someone else touches it and if you throw it, she will run to it. But she doesn't chew it or anything.

My teething puppy who likes to chew everything and everyone LOVESSS this toy. She always has it in her mouth and it’s a great redirecting toy to give to her when she is trying to teeth on something. It is currently holding up with minimal dents 1!3 she frequently uses it. Def worth trying if you have a chompy pup!

Prodotto molto. buono da rosicchiare, soprattutto perché il.legno.non fa schegge: quando viene morso i pezzetti che si staccano sembrano palline si trucioli si compensato che il.cane sputa regolarmente. Per il.mio cane è il migliore. Di tutti i " bastoncini " questo è il preferito del.mio bulldog francese.

Ok so first of all, my dog Rosie adores the original version of this and it's never caused her any problems. I got her the BBQ version hoping for a similar reaction and... she loved it. Chewing at it all day today since it arrived. This evening though, she was sick. Twice so far and not in her normal way (normally on her rare occasions where she's sick, it's mostly bile, but this seemed to be her entire stomach contents- she's never done one like it), and it had visible bits of the stick in it. Now yes technically it could be something else, but I'm not chancing it. It's going straight in the bin. Particularly considering I recall seeing another review saying the same thing had happened to their dog. I thought maybe it was a one off or unrelated, but... perhaps not. I really think the manufacturers need to look into this.
