If you've installed any kind of card before the physical install is easy. Just make sure to plug the internal USB cable to the card before you seat it in the slot. The instructions are basic, but include photos and are more than clear enough for this kind of job. I did have to use another computer to download the software from the CD to a thumb drive, and then install it on the computer, as the computer the card was installed in doesn't have a CD drive. The included software worked quickly and almost flawlessly. I say almost as I did the install and it said it had failed. I clicked it again and it blinked on and off and then just worked without any other effort. It's been running now for several days and works beautifully. No more complaints from the user about having high ping that hurts their online gaming experience, like we had from the previous 1200 WiFi dongle. I haven't used the Bluetooth yet, so I can't talk about that. Speedtest showed a 1ms ping (very good), and upload and download speeds that were within 2% of my wired connections.
