These are larger type vitamins.But I am okay with taking that.The reason I took 1 star away is that I wish it had vitamin D in it.There is a lot of supplements in the container and should last a good long time if taking 2 per day.

Blood Calcium levels differ from the usual report provided during your annual checkup! I did. My blood calcium was below Normal while my Calcium levels taken during a physical were above Normal. I have taken calcium every day for years. However, not all calcium supplements are equal. I was told to switch to Calcium Carbonate. In two wks my blood calcium had increased to an above Normal test result. I feel soooo much better now! Highly recommend this Calcium Carbonate! Easy to swallow, no after taste, and I am a believer!!
