These are great! I paired them with an arm workout and I was definitely sweating more than I do without them. They were comfortable as well when doing the workout. The only drawback is they are difficult to put on by yourself but my husband helps me so I don’t need to worry about it. I would recommend these, especially if your arms are an area you want to improve.

Stupid, cant use in your own, they dont work.

I used my arm trimmer bands for the first time yesterday. It was hard to get the right fit as I had no one to help me put them on. I did what I could do and did sweat a bit. Today, I had help and was able to make the bands tighter. I sweated more this time.

Good product if you can get them on. I leave mine Velcrode together and slip them on that way and try to lightly adjust if no one is home to help me put them on.

I do like the product & I see the results and the amount of sweat it produces which is the plus. However, it’s annoying because it’s constantly sliding down but other than that it’s a good buy.

this item works great. it is a little difficult to get on, but otherwise does the trick. they do make your arms sweat more. I use them when I run and they stay on the whole time.

Product is adequately constructed but essentially unusable. There's no real way to put these on yourself, not tightly enough to stay in place. If your upper arm is a single circumference from top to bottom, or you have a partner help you to apply these, maybe these will work for you. However I have some fat there & I can't get them on with one hand so they slide right off. If they had multiple Velcro straps that could be fastened one at a time, these would be much more useable. I'm planning to add my own Velcro so I can actually use them. If you don't plan to have someone help you put them on every time you want to wear them don't waste your money.

Love this band, I sweated so much and I have only used it 2 times since I received it and I believe it works. I will be gifting to my friends. I have a large arm so needed some to help me put it on, it’s comfortable and very light weight. Love it so far

These are very comfortable and light. As you can see they are high quality and fit well. I have only just started using them and they are the most comfortable I've tried. Great to wear during a run or work out, or simply during day to day activities. Great value!

I didn’t had many expectations when I bought this, but they do their job. I highly recommend if you’re trying to lose arm fat

Not easy to put on Unfortunately with this item you will need someone to help you with to keep it tight it’s comfortable but you need some help

Met my package when I got back from work late last night, can’t wait to try it on. I will come back and give a full review, tried it on briefly, looks good, like the fact it’s a one size fit all, and you can put it as tight as possible, love the insulated part also, feels insulated but breathable. String material. Finger cross I hope it’s gonna reduce my arm fat if I’m diligent with it.
