## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the shortest the over the shoulder strap can be?**
A: The shortest length of the strap is 20 inches.

**Q: is the strap adjustable And how wide is the bottom will it stand up or lay down when you sit it down?**
A: The strap is adjustable.

**Q: Is the bottom of the ‘black striped’ bag made of leather? How are the stripes applied? Are they embroidered?**
A: It is made of PVC leather and the stripes are printed on it.

**Q: What is the difference between listings that say "Leather" and "Genuine leather"? Is the material the same?**
A: Hello! Eco-Leather is genuine leather. Instead of using traditional hide
preservation processes, eco-leather utilizes a more eco-friendly method of
preservation - eliminating salt and ultimately, the salt rinsing process. As a
result, we significantly decrease water usage in the leather tanning process
(validated by a Life Cycle Assessment). Additionally, eco-leather helps reduce
carbon emissions in transportation as we can increase the material quantity
while reducing weight. Hope this information helps!
