I have no idea because I had never used the Guerisson cream.

Can it help with acne and acne scars?

I've used horse oil for acne and acne scars. Horse oil contains skin regeneration and anti-biotic properties that will help with acne hyperpigmentation and ongoing acne.

Are there other ingredients than horse oil?

i don't know. but there is some of the ingredients : It Contains horse oil derived from 100% pure horse fat, rich in essential fatty acids, blended with shea butter, glycerin, urea & aloe vera. i have sensitive skin, and it works good on me.
