What is sioc/ffp mean vs standard

I don't know what the letters sioc/ffp represent. I do see that the 'standard' is described as multi colored and the 'sioc/ffp' is described as brown. I purchased standard version, I liked the multi colored realistic skin tones.

Is this new, does it come in a box

I don’t think this is new. I believe I saw it last year too. I bought this for a nephew and it comes in an open ended box where you can touch it. I tested it and it seems pretty cool.
