This is such a unique product. I have problems keeping color on my lips for more than an hour or so. I purchased this with hopes of all day color. Though the color doesn’t last all day, it does last for many hours; even after eating. It is a bit weird to put on and peel off, but it works. A note of caution: make sure your lips are not dried or cracked because the color pigment REALLY sticks to those areas. Also, maybe it’s just me, but my lips are the last part of my makeup routine. So, I’ve also found it counter intuitive to spray the peel solution on my lips after applying any other make up to my face. The spray is kind of messy and doesn’t only hit your lips. What I do is spray the peeling solution on my hand and then use my finger to dab it on my lips. You actually don’t have to use the peeling solution at all, but it does make removal a lot easier. Bottom line: love the product. It’s a bit pricey but it works. Color is beautiful and has amazing staying power!

I got the XOXO kit and applied at 8am this morning. I simply swiped across, did half of my makeup, wiped and swiped again then and finished the rest of my makeup. It added almost no time to my routine. It was so easy to apply and stay within the lip lines. The color came out nice and full. My lips felt fine, slightly dry but nothing crazy. I put a really great chapstick on top and I loved the look. These photos are about 5-6 hours later, breakfast, coffee, water, snack, reapplied chapstick. The color is definitely less apparent and not as strong as this morning but it’s still there. Someone commented that I have “such a nice natural lip color.” — Gee thanks. I’m medium tan, biscuit Hispanic if that helps. I’ll definitely be ordering more colors. I wish people in the comments here actually reported what color they bought, otherwise your photo review is useless. I wish I discovered this sooner I wouldn’t have spent endless money on lipsticks and liners when this is like the best thing since sliced bread. All day coverage no tedious reapply no smudging no transfer ? Crazy…

Many thick layers of the "Lip Masque Color" must be applied for it to peel off, even with the "Lip Activator". So a tube won't lasts long. These are sold together, or you can purchase the Masque alone? So, what's the reason for the Activator? I had difficulty getting the purple Masque off my lips no matter what. Not the look I'm going for. -Let's talk about color. I got one of the lightest, most natural colors from the product page, XOXO. After a minute I took it off and looked like my lips had bled, with a bit of PURPLE from the Masque of course. Fortunately most of the color comes off after I scrubbed the Masque off. It looked like I had bought one of the brightest color, also not the look I'm going for. I suspect that no matter the color bought, the results will be very similar. -Also, my lips felt dry after using this. -The "Activator" is an unpleasant experience, from praying it on, to the nasty taste. -I have a much cheaper product requiring me to apply very little. It gives my lips a glow that lasts for hours and leaves my lips soft. -Wonderskin is a big NO for me!

I’m not sure what made my lips peel, if it’s the color stain or the spray to make it peel off for easy removal. I noticed this made my lips feel numb when I went to remove it, and then about 20 minutes later the skin started to peel off my lips, not as terrible like it sounds haha.. it reminds me of when I switch toothpastes and the inside of my mouth will peel/shed for a week or 2 before getting used to it. It doesn’t hurt but it’s annoying because I’ll see little white strings on my lips for a few hours after application. I use only chapstick over the stain, I’m very hydrated and my lips are never chapped, I wouldn’t apply this if they were. So the chemicals are definitely doing something to the skin of my lips. Other stains DO NOT do this to me, just Wonderskin. I do like the light basic pink color I chose, and I do like that the color lasts about 8 hours. The application itself is smooth if you’re trying to line your lips, but the product itself is very thin liquid so it’s hard to get a good thick coat on. I usually leave for a minute, the longer left the deeper the color. 30 seconds didn’t last me the 8 hours, it was about a 3-5 minute sit that lasted the longest. The next day after wearing my lips feel a bit textured and over worked. I can’t use this daily like my other stains or my lips might die off.

The stain works well and lasts most of the day. Easy to apply and doesn't leave my lips feeling cakey or dry. However I got the shade XOXO and it is MUCH more red than expected. I do like everything else about it though so I may try again in another color.

This is my second time buying this product and I love it, but this time I got a new color. It is not sticky at all. It didn’t leave a bad taste and the color was great. I like how I can vary it depending on the day! I also liked getting the kit because the mist helped secure the color and the wipe helped clear the blue part!

Product worked as advertised, however once applied to my lips, the color was different than advertised.

So the longevity of this stain really depends on how long you leave it on. If you follow the minimum time as instructed by the label, your stain will only last a few hours and not be very saturated. Regarding the color: definitely check the chart with all the different color models- look at the one that's closest to you to determine how the color will look on your lips. Don't look at the swatch colors, they're misleading. The longer you leave it on, the darker the color. Get the activator because sure you can remove it by rubbing it off, but you're also rubbing your lips raw and it's messy, takes time. You remove it when your lips are wet with the activator. The taste of the stain/masque is really nice with a cooling serum feel. The activator doesn't taste the best but it isn't nasty. Also try to close your mouth so it doesn't go in.

Das ist der perfekte *Lippenstift* obwohl es ja keiner ist aber die Farbe hält mega lang kein verschmieren oder sonst was. Wird definitiv nochmal bestellt.

Wat een verspilling... Dacht eindelijk een mooie natuurlijke kleur lippenstift die blijft zitten. Nou je krijgt die paarse zooi er bijna niet af en mijn lippen zagen eruit alsof ik paar uur lang flink op een "lolly" had liggen zuigen! Verschrikkelijke kleur! Komt totaal niet overeen met wat ze zeggen... Jammer dit

The first lipstick I can actually use… stays for ever. Great colors. No residue on lips. Easy to apply. (Much Easier than normal lipsticks!)
