Heat my hair and very safe hot plates. My hair look and feel great after using it.

I really wanted to like this hair tool. While it heated up quickly and overall it looks like it's well made, I wish it opened up a bit further, as well as the main issue I had with it. My hair is coming back from being severely damaged, so I did appreciate that there is a large temperature range on this tool. The plates, however, stop at the edges with some of that actual straightener bordering the edge. The result is that every glide through my hair had pieces caught and rip out. I think if the plates were a bit longer and overlapped the edges, I would have gone from not being able to use to loving it (I can live with it not opening up as far an angle). Bottom line is that I passed on this tool. I have had much less expensive straighteners in the past that I have not had this problem with.

Super cute and chic iron. Great for straightening or curling my short hair! Good tool for keratin or Botox treatments also!

I received this in a package that was barely being held together by packing tape - really unprofessional....Now I have this straightener that doesn't really straighten. I don't mind spending money on quality hair products that work, but do not waste your money on this one.... My hair is thick but typically easy to style - not curly at all...If this was the quality I wanted, I would have bought a $20 one from Target. Very disappointing....

I really like the product, it has a very expensive look and feel. It did the straightening job very nicely. Would buy again
