Effective Hydrocolloid Patches for Occasional Breakouts
As a man in my 40s with oily skin, I still get the occasional pimple, so I decided to try these hydrocolloid patches as a simple spot treatment. The patches adhere well to the skin and stay in place overnight, even with normal movement during sleep. They are thin enough to be fairly discreet and comfortable to wear. I like that they contain tea tree, cica, and calendula in addition to the hydrocolloid material. The combination feels gentle on my skin and doesn't cause additional irritation. After wearing a patch overnight, I noticed that it helped absorb impurities and reduced the appearance of smaller pimples. While it isn't a miracle solution for every breakout, it does seem to speed up the healing process for minor blemishes. This is a practical product to keep on hand for occasional breakouts, especially for people with oily or combination skin who want a simple, mess-free alternative to creams or spot treatments.

They're annoying but they work!
My 16yo son has had a bad triangle patch between his eyebrows for at least a year. I finally added these to my cart with the hopes I could get my son to use them. I expected the cost, but with my fixed income and buying 3 or 4 sets, it gets expensive. I expected this stuff would treat the area, but it's better. I don't know the science behind it, but these circles really do pull the stuff right out of your skin!! You can see what i mean because you can hold the used patch up on your finger and sometimes see the tiny yucky plug of zit snot that's been pulled 😆. After the first treatment I could see less red inflammation and that was incentive to do more. After 3-5 uses, the spot was very crusty from the broken, empty, and dying skin, for lack of a better description. The skin was trying to heal, but it was just too abused. So now I've shown the kiddo how to exfoliate his face to get the dead skin bumps off and then let it all heal with a little cream if he let's me 😄 Whew! A parent's work never ends 😁 CON: You're supposed to wear for 6 hours which makes it hard to schedule. I have told him to just put them on and go to bed, then watch for a rash. PRO: Easy to use CON: They don't adhere completely and the edges pick up off your skin which is annoying too. However, if they did adhere perfectly, they might be too sticky. PRO & CON: They're made to look invisible, I think. You don't see them from a few feet -- and it's a nice try, but no teen I know is going to wear these in public. Also, I don't think these will work on all skin colors

*Updated Review*
***Update*** I added a star because I got a huge pimple on the side of my eye and it scarred really bad (you can’t really tell from the pic). The main pimple area scarred dark and then all around it scarred a little lighter than that. I saw another huge pimple forming and I went to go put some toothpaste on, but remembered I had some of these patches left. I put one on before bed and the next morning it had the smallest bit of white on it, but the pimple was still big and painful. I put a new one on and left it on at work. When I got home it seemed smaller, but was still a little painful. I put one more on before bed, went to the gym when I woke up and when I got home and it was still hanging on my sweaty face, I looked under and the pimple was almost gone and it doesn’t hurt. I also feel like if it does scar, it will not be as big as the scar my pimple left where I didn’t wear a patch. I’d also like to add that this pimple was not ready to pop, it was still under the skin and maybe that’s why it took so long to work? I don’t know, but I think it’s better than doing nothing if you have skin that scars easy like mine. Also, even if you don’t have a pimple and put this on a random greasy spot of your face, it will still pull white stuff out of your face. I don’t know if this is bad or not? Like is it taking away the good natural oils? Well I have more than enough, so if they ever make a mask of this I’m buying it. FYI I am Asian and Black, so my complexion is brown, sensitive, and scars easy. I put this patch on a pimple that was forming and it did nothing. So I put it on it again the next day… it made my skin scar where the pimple would have been, so I basically might as well have waited for it to form and pop it to get the same results. I put one on my nose and it got a little bit of the white heads out, but nothing to write home about. **THE IMPORTANT PART** you have to put it on a pimple that is ready to pop for it to work. I put it on a pimple when it was forming… did nothing. I was scared it would scar, so I left it alone, but then the next day it was in pop-able form, so I put one on and in like three hours I could see the little patch working. So yeah. If your skin scars easy, like mine… you’re still going to get a pimple scar using this. If the pimple is not in a pop ready state, it’s not going to work. So basically… not worth it TO ME. Other people had success, but not so much for me -_-.

After sampling two brands of patches, this one won hands down. Will never be without a full size pack
I would probably not even know this type of product even exists if I hadn't received 2 student brands in my various beauty sub boxes because luckily, acne m/pimples have never been a big worry for me even at 16yrs of age, even less so now that I'm 41yrs old. But I do still get a surprise pimple or a surprise patch of pimples sometimes during my time of the month, and of course having to wear a mask everywhere is not helping any. The first time I tried A Pimple patch, I had received a 8pc sample pack of the Corsx brand and I was over the moon. Then, I received a sample of the Avarelle, all 3 sizes and the second I agreed one to my face I already viewed it as a superior product in my opinion. Thankfully, ecru when I do have to contend with a blemish, they are small and minor enough that it only takes 1 6-8hr application of one of these patches and *POOF* I remove the patch to find it all but disappeared, if anything there's nasty be a small spot barely visible that liners for one more day. The reason this brand exceeds any other in my opinion is 1)Most times I first become aware of a pimple in the morning and these patches are true to their claims... The actual patches are so thin and clear when applied to clean skin that it is virtually invisible(sometimes if it catches light at a certain angle it will be slightly noticeable for a moment), but I've learned to fix this by covering it with a very light layer of makeup if I'm wearing any that day. This feature in itself is a selling point because now not only is my blemish invisible, it's also being treated as soon as it's noticed. With the other brand, the patch was not clear, nor was it thin enough to be unnoticeable, so I would only apply them overnight and sometimes that world be irritating if for example, my pimple accidentally popped over the daytime or morphed into a whole new deal. And just because these ones are in fact very thin, does not mean they are any less effective or adhesive. I make sure after I peel the patch off it's base, It's normally stuck right on my fingertip... I just make sure it's centered exactly whet I want it, then lay it down on its center and just press down around the edges to make sure it's sealed.. And it always is. And I mean airtight sealed... Even if I don't apply makeup, I still have a strict skin care routine to perform and nothing gets undernearh or affects the adhesiveness, and I use Toner, Essence, Ampoule, Serums, Moisturizer, SPF, etc. Also, these patches come in 3 different sizes which for me is a huge benefit... Most specifically, the extra large sized ones. On those occasions when I get a little cluster of a breakout, the blemishes are always very close together and usually 1 of the Xtra large patches is big enough to eradicate the whole cluster instead of having to use separate patches on each individual pimple. And last but not least, the Averalle patches have not let me down yet.... Whether I end up applying for a day or for a night, when I remove them, my problem is all but gone and that's a very big deal to me considering I'm a fanatic about my skin care and put a lot of time into it over the years so that even though I'm 41yrs old... No one ever believes me when I first tell them my age. I only buy full size products of smokes received if they seriously impress me which these obviously do. (in the attached picture, the open packet is what's led of the sample I received, the full sized one I purchased isn't open yet)

NOT a miracle product
I have tried the Miss Spa clear blemish patch several months ago after finding them at Target and liking them, but not being impressed. After getting a a flare up of acne (mix of cystic and whiteheads) and after reading all the amazing reviews, I decided to buy this product. I got the 40 count package, which is really just two sheets. Things I like: there are small, medium and large patches- and a good amount of each. They are easy to apply and easy to take off, and they don't move. I didn't notice any irritation with using them. Now did they work?? EH...... As I said I have a collection of pimples brewing (about 8 or 9!) with one of them being an under the skin one that I wanted to stop in its tracks. The first time i wore them to bed I only slept about 5 hours so I only kept them on for about 5 hours before I had to take them off and go out. (I think packaging recommends having them on for at least 6 hours). So when I took the patches off the first time I noticed absolutely no difference. There was a little gunk on the patches but on my face there was no difference. I was a little disappointed but carried on. Next night I wore them for about 13 hours. I was really expecting (or hoping, rather) to see some results after the second usage. Not so much. Again I covered up the 8 different acne spots I had and I only saw a true result for 2 of them. 2! One was a white head and when I took the patch off there was some gunk on the patch but also some gunk that was coming out from the actual pimple (sorry this is kinda gross). The second one was a huge bump that wasn't quite a whitehead yet and I did note after the second time the inflammation went down a little bit (took about 4 usages to get that one down, but its still not completely gone). But as for the rest of the pimples? Nothing. Nothing happened for the underground pimple. Nothing happened for the red cystic bumps on my face. Nevertheless for the next two nights I still faithfully applied the patches (leaving them on for at least 8 hours). I completely used the 40 patches up within 4 days. And in this time I would say one pimple is gone (the first one) and 2 or 3 more are almost gone and are healing. But as for the other ones? No difference. Most of the patches, but not all, had some gunk on them which gave me hope that they were working but there were two cystic bumps that the patches came of clear each and every time. I found that this product was the most effective if I had a whitehead already. Anything else and this product did NOT work. Did not affect underground pimples. Did not affect cystic acne, even though it has worked so well for others. Had some result with inflammation but not enough for me to be really satisfied. Did not have any difference in acne scars/marks. I might try these again just because I feel like I went through them so quickly and now I know to only put them on whiteheads so I might have better results next time, but I might also just try other patches that are out there and try my luck. This might be a miracle worker for some but it was not for me. UPDATE: after the brand reached out to me I was able to try this product again for free. First off: the customer service is excellent. Was not expecting to hear from them after my review so that was a nice surprise. Now on to the product retry: I think I definitely had more success this time around. For one I put them on active white head pimples and it drew out the gunk easily. After a use or two the spot is still there but on its way to healing. I tried again using it on a cystic acne bump and a couple of times on a pimple that hadn't surfaced yet and I had the same results as before, meaning nothing happened. So in that regard I will stand by my recommendation that these are best used if you have white heads and nothing else. If I had to rerate the product I would probably give it a 3.5 or maybe a 4 out of 5. Ill probably try other similar acne patches to see what works best for my skin but I can see myself repurchasing these in the future

Good for all ages
I'm an adult women who gets occasional hormonal breakouts and these are the only ones that work. Those cutesy heart and star shaped ones do nothing for me but irritate my skin. These are pretty sheer I'll wear to the gym in the morning and hardly notice they're there.

Great pimple patches!
It’s great value for how many you get! And my daughter loves them. No skin reactions easy to blend in with foundation or concealer.

Stick them on and forget them
I wasn’t sure what to expect but these patches really worked for the spot that had been lingering for far too long. I applied one after cleansing, left it overnight and by morning the bump was noticeably smaller and less red. The adhesive held firm and it wasn’t uncomfortable to wear. Happy I tried them.

Um WHeRe have these been all my life?!
Amazingly invisible, removes embarrassment completely. Seem to work reasonably. Its not a magical cure, but it does reduce the impact significantly. I'm more just happy I have something I can put over a pimple that isn't a star or a smiley face lol. And that people cant even notice. I'm really happy.

Bien adhesivos y transparentes
