Me and the hubby are wondering because of our keto diet, will these be easily poured into our shoes? Would they hurt or be soft?

They go in hard at first, and after a few dozen steps, they mush into a comfortable soft cushioned insole. The brown sugar and maple, help the insole to stick nicely to the inside of your shoe without slipping. When you are ready for a snack at the end of a long work day or a hike, just slip the delicious insole out of your shoes and slide in into your awaiting mouth. Nobody will ever try and steal a bite of your insoles, you have them all to your self. I am glad to see other people happily enjoying the latest shoe keto kraze!

What does sugar alcohol mean here,do they add alcohol in it?

Sugar alcohols are naturally occurring sweetener commonly found in fruits and have 1/2 to 1/3 the calories of sugar. Not the same as alcohol such as liquor.

Is the macadamia cinnamon ones ever going to be back in stock?

They must be back in stock now because I just ordered and received two bags.
