I have had mine for 4 months and it has not tarnished. But as they advise, don’t expose it to harsh soaps and cleaners. That will cause gold to peel off.

If you were to wear this over top of elbow length gloves would one size up from your ring size work?

Depends on the material of the glove, if it's something like silk I'd keep the size the same but for something like wool or cotton I'd go up a size.. though honestly you may want to just wear it on the inside because as much as i understand you wanting people to see it's a good way to lose it and not notice.. hope this helps!
