Sure, like some reviews say, the Laptop Desk has a thin plastic desk and not a lot of padding underneath; but I am ecstatic with it! It has 'just enough', and no more 'than what is essentially required' for doing it's designated chore and comfortably. I was also concerned that the laptop would slide on the desk, but hasn't done so as of yet.
