HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT - Purchased over 20+ times
This is my HOLY GRAIL of beauty products. I have been using this product for years and always make sure to keep extra on hand because I can't go without it. I cannot say better things about this cleanser and will never use another product to cleanse and remove my makeup again. I love this cleanser because it works better than any makeup wipe, micellar water, or any other balm that I have ever tried. I have Asian lashes (ie. straight hair that doesn't hold a curl well) and use a LOT of mascara to make sure that it holds throughout the day. This is the only cleanser that I have ever used that actually removes it all without pulling my lashes and leaves my skin feeling ultra clean but not stripped. It leaves no weird residue (which I found with PONDS cleanser) or a oily sheen like makeup wipes. My skin is very sensitive and I have never experienced any irritation or problems. I do double cleanse but you could get away with just cleansing with this if you wanted to. I also love that it is in a single container and not multiple wipes that are gross and bad for the environment. A small spoon comes with it and a little amount goes a long way. You rub the balm in your hands, let it melt and then clean your face, no extra steps. I don't have to continually be buying anything since a single container of this will usually last me up to 2-3 months. I recently gifted this to my mom and she is also impressed. She asked me if this can be used as her only cleanser and I told her yes (even though I always double cleanse). She made a comment that she loves it because "it actually gets all my makeup off" unlike other makeup removers. Overall, this is one product I will continue to use for the rest of my life. There isn't anything I would change about the formula or use as it is a perfect product. I have purchased this over 20 times and will continue to do so and would highly recommend to anyone who needed to improve their skincare routine.

Best cleansing balm out there, way above Banila Co Clean It Zero
I'm going to spend most of this review comparing Heimish's All Clean Balm to Banila Co's Clean it Zero (original). I've purchased the Clean it Zero three times already. Packaging: Just holding the All Clean Balm, I can already tell it's leagues above the Clean it Zero. The Clean it Zero has a cheap plastic lid covering the sherbet that is so difficult to remove every time I open up the jar. The All Clean Balm has a very sturdy lid with a tab so you can easily lift it. Plus the little spatula for the All Clean Balm is much nicer! Ingredients: The Clean it Zero is mostly mineral oil, which is a very cheap ingredient. Its second ingredient is Ethylhexanoate, and its third is PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate. It has quite a few fruit and plant extracts, dyes, and fragrance. The All Clean Balm is mostly Ethylhexyl Palmitate (fatty acid from palm oil). Its second ingredient is also Ethylhexanoate, and its third ingredient is also PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate. All Clean Balm uses shea butter, and far more plant and fruit extracts than Clean it Zero. It also has a long list of oils (Orange Peel Oil, Lavender Oil, Grapefruit Peel Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, etc.), unlike Clean it Zero. No dyes or fragrances in this. overall for ingredients - they share a few similar ingredients, but Clean it Zero features cheaper and less nourishing ingredients than All Clean Balm. Performance: The Clean it Zero gets off all my waterproof mascara and lightweight foundation, and I never have makeup residue afterwards. All Clean Balm is almost just as effective, but sometimes I get foundation residue (I use a sheer cushion foundation) on a cotton pad after double cleansing with this. Clean it Zero leaves my eyes foggy after I wash everything off, but I do not have this problem with All Clean Balm. No breakouts or reactions associated with either of these products. All Clean Balm feels creamy and oily when massaged into the skin. Clean it Zero feels more waxy and silicone-like. Both wash off clean, no residue left behind, don't leave my skin feeling stripped. Price: The All Clean Balm has more product that the Clean it Zero (120 mL vs. 100 mL), and is often roughly the same price if not lower. If you're comparing the All Clean Balm to Banila Co's Clean it Zero Purity, the All Clean Balm is almost always less expensive. Overall, All Clean Balm is a better deal. Heimish's All Clean Balm is far superior to Banila Co's Clean it Zero. I'll never buy the Clean it Zero again if the All Clean Balm is an option.

Love this
I really love this cleansing balm from HEIMISH! The texture is perfect and just needs a tiny bit of water to become the ideal cleanser for me. It feels very gentle on my skin and I've had no irritation at all. I also don't really notice much of a fragrance/scent. I use this as my morning cleanser every day and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I will definitely by buying this again!

Gentle, clean & effective - great value!
Love, love, love this balm. I've tried several other balms that were fine, but this is my favorite. It's gentle and has clean ingredients, removes waterproof makeup & sunscreen without having to rub or tug, doesn't cloud or irritate the eyes, and a little goes a very long way - my daughter & I use it daily and a jar lasts us about two months - so it's worth every penny. I'm sensitive to scents and this one is *extremely* light and rinses completely away. I have dry/sensitive skin, my daughter has combo skin, and our faces feel clean but not stripped after using this. It's also a great first step if you double cleanse. Just an excellent product, highly recommend.

Affordable and love the flip-top - not quite as good as Banila or Clinique
This cleansing balm is ok, but I can't say I love it. I prefer both Clinique's Take the Day Off and Banila Clean it Zero. I do really like the packaging of this product. The flip-top is very convenient! What I'm not crazy about with this one is that it has a strong odor to it. I wouldn't call it unpleasant (mine is just an herbal smell - I don't have the chemical smell that some have complained of.) I just prefer my products to be free of scent completely. Also, I feel this balm doesn't melt down to an oil state completely. It stays kind of thick and sticky even after emulsifying. It does clean, but I don't feel it cleans as well as the other two brands. If you're looking to save money, however, this one is definitely more affordable. It's about half the price, per ounce, compared to Clinique and that is certainly a reason to consider this brand. Banila's balm falls in between, price-wise. I'm on the fence as to whether I should continue with this brand to save money, or go back to Banila. I feel Banila is a good compromise between this and Clinique's more expensive product. I do like Clinique the best, but Banila is a close second, so I'll probably go that route. I use the Purifying version of that product, as it is free of scent. Update December 2019: I have grown accustomed to the fragrance of this product and it isn't really bothering me anymore. Even though it's highly fragranced, there is no irritation even in the eye area. The product is doing a good job of cleaning my face, is lasting a nice long time, doesn't break me out, and I really do love that flip-top! In light of all of these things, I have decided to stick with this product for now, since it's a good savings over the other brands. I increased my star rating, and I do recommend this cleanser, as long as you are okay with fragrance.

Repeat buyer of an effective, clean beauty balm
I love this cleansing balm because it checks all the boxes for me. I like the cleaner ingredients, the texture, the cleansing ability without feeling too greasy, and the gentle scent that isn’t listed as fragrance. I’m on my second jar, and I haven’t found a reason to switch and I’m à label reader and a price conscious consumer.

This Balm is the Bomb
After watching many hours of You Tube Korean skin care reviews I decided to try this one because it was highly recommended. Not only was it highly recommended but many of the videos demonstrated its ease of use. I have never used a cleansing balm before. As part of my new Korean skin care routine, this is step 1. The cleansing balm goes on so smooth and melts off all the oils and make-up without any effort whatsoever. It comes with a tiny spatula that you use to scoop the balm out of the jar. You only need a "little tiny bit". The first time I over did it but I got the hang of it the second time. A dime size is more than enough for me. After you smooth it over your face, you just rinse it off with warm water or a face towel. It leaves your face moist and hydrated. Then I go on to step two which is my face wash to get the rest of the dirt of my face but I really don't think its necessary because the balm has really done that. But I'm new to this Korean skin care regimen so I'm following the rules. I love this balm. Did I say I LOVE LOVE LOVE this balm and definitely will repurchase it again without hesitation. You wont be disappointed with this product. By the way, based on the amount of balm in the tub and the amount you use, a tub of this stuff will go at least 3-5 months. So now that I've tried the Korean skin care line by Mizon (snail repairing kit), I will probably never go back to using American made skin care products because they are substandard compared to Korean skin care products. I bought the sample size kit by Mizon on Amazon to test it out before investing into the larger size bottles. But do your homework first and check out the videos on You Tube. And by the way, the product is scentless.

Best performance for small investment
Absolutely excellent product at affordable price point. I previously purchased cleansing balm which was around $90 with delivery on top of that. This balm performs just as well, and lasts for 6 months despite generous daily use. I’ve tried just about every cleansing balm on the market and this is one of the top performers. Buy with confidence

Hallelujah !

Best cleansing balm!
This is my fourth restock! Ever since I started skincare, I've always searched for a good cleansing balm for my clog-prone skin. This was one of the first I tried, and I absolutely love it! I will forever repurchase this💞
