KGuard Security QRT-502 Motion Technology HD Wireless Wi-Fi IP Camera with Night Vision, 720P, White

These cameras are awesome. I previously purchased 4 from a different place. They have no more. I came to Amazon my go-to spot and look! I got 3 more and instantly from Amazon Prime and hooked right up to my Wifi with NO PROBLEMS. There’s nothing bad I can say about these cameras. Set up was easy, Wifi connectiong great and the view is crystal clear. I will post pics to show you.

I really was enjoying this device. I had it installed at my office for the last 3 yrs. This camera was great for my needs but recently my cell phone provider did an update for the Android phones......so now, with the new version on my phone. I can't use this camera anymore. Is there anything that can be done about this because I really would love to continue to use my device and not have to purchase another one.

I'm having problems getting mine connected. It worked until I moved. Now I cannot get the set up past 61%. My camera is not even a year old. I had a difficult time getting it connected initially. It had to be essential next to my router so I did the same in my new place but still no success.

I have eleven cameras installed and on my phone. Some are in the house the rest are installed at a horse barn with no heat. Michigan gets very cold in the winter time. Setting up the cameras takes three minutes from start to finish. The picture quality is ok for the price of the cameras. Follow the instruction to the letter. Where it says hold reset down for 5-6 seconds, do only 5-6 seconds. Not 4 seconds and not 7-8 seconds.If I would ever need for cameras I will buy these again.

The camera work flawlessly with great high-definition picture, no problems there. Software is pretty basic and difficult to use. The updates needed for the software to make this extremely effective system.

I finally got a reply from the company. The ad says motion detection but it doesn't notify you of anything. The whole reason I bought it was to tell me if some enters a room. They said they were working on it. It doesn't do what they say it does. Second time I've been burned on amazon. great for baby monitoring or looking at pets but for security, it's worthless. Spend a little more and go with a better company.

Was excited to get this camera, seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. I tried at least 15 times to connect to my wifi, of course making sure all the info I entered was correct and still no luck, tried to get in touch with kguard at the number on warrant info in the box, they never answered the phone, and no way to leave a message. The instruction sheet to set up was very simple, but I had no luck.

This was a replacement camera that worked first time out of the box.
