Sizes are too small and not high enough for a c-section
Very disappointed with the quality and the sizes. I usually wear S or M, so ordered L and XL to be on the safe side as I read the reviews, however I was still disappointed as the sizes are ridiculously small - XL is very tight from all sides and they are not high enough for a c-section. They are not the same as on the photo, the line connecting the wide belt falls directly on the c-section incision so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I can’t return it so it’s a waste of money.

Sizing is all wrong, panties slides down.
I ordered up a size and still it was too small. The X-large is equivalent to an Australian size 10. It also was not high waisted like in the photo. I can't see how it is suitable after C-section since you will still have a bump afterwards and these panties did not come close to covering my belly button like in the photo. It just sat on my bump and slid down and sat where the excision would be. I would not recommend for C-section at all.

So small
These were terrible! They are not what the picture looks like at all; they didn’t have a nice high band to go over your tummy and were ridiculously small. I am 5 foot 4 and typically wear a size xs while not pregnant, however while pregnant I would often wear a small in maternity and post partum clothing. I had a c section and was interested in something not sitting on my incision and holding me in a little. I ordered a medium because I thought I would rather slightly big and no pressure than feeling like they were a little tight. They came and they are seriously no bigger than a child’s size small I couldn’t get a thigh in if I tried, they were so utterly small we had all wondered what I even ordered. The elastics around the waist and tummy were so tight even if on some planet any grown adult could fit these, the elastics would cut circulation. I would never recommend these!
