222 5th Bella Vista 16-Piece Round Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

These dishes are gorgeous. Beautiful colours. The plates are lighter in weight than stoneware but slightly heavier than corelle plates. The soup bowls are a generous size but not overly so. The mugs are big but not heavy when full. Very pleased with this purchase. The set was well packed heavy cardboard with no breakage.

These look very nice to look at, but can chip with normal everyday use. These are heavier. Dishes like corelle ware are lighter and much more durable. I have found cracks pop up too.

since April 2012, have lost 2 pieces to microwave heat of 1 minute. These crack. Seemed so beautiful but are not durable

These are really beautiful and refined looking dinnerware pieces.They feel a bit thick to be your better dinnerware-but it has then a more European quality.I love the shape of the bowls too.I wish the mugs were cups not mugs-as that feature makes it more casual-but I love this setand I am having fun using it!

I liked colorful dishes and these are perfect. I would say that they bring out the old lady in me but,my husband really likes them too. These are not like the fine china that we are use to in this country. They are heavier and more like everyday dishes but just beautiful. They are made in Indonesia and if you are a fuss pot you may be upset with slight imperfections in the glazing. For example there may be a small speck of dirt under the glaze. I even had noticed this in my Mikasa dishes made in Indonesia. It is so hard to find a pattern today that I like so I don't sweat the little stuff and just enjoy their beauty. Thanks Amazon for another great purchase.

I absolutely love the print and the weight of these plates. They do have some imperfections in the glaze and there are some tiny black specks that you can actually feel. I would send them back but the repackaging would be a pain and I need them now.

I've been using these dishes for about four months now, and I just love them. In addition to being much more beautiful in person than they are in the photos, they are tough -- none of them have chipped or cracked (even when I've accidentally whacked them into the faucet). They're much sturdier than the stoneware I've had in the past, and they don't heat up as much in the microwave as stoneware does, either. I would recommend them to anyone. I just wish Amazon had a completer set available -- I'd like some serving pieces to match.

An absolutely BEAUTIFUL set. Heavy, sturdy, yet delightful and beautiful design! Really am afraid to post this review, because I am thinking of getting one more set (purchased 2) and don't want them to be all gone before I can. 222 5th, you should have never stopped producing this set!!! If I decide to get another set and cannot find it, I am going to be one upset puppy!
