Must read book for all women
This is a superb book! It's sort of like the What to Expect when You're Expecting book but more like What to Expect With Aging. Cameron shares with us in depth information regarding the aging process on a cellular level and offers very good advice and info on the importance of good nutrition, good sleep and exercise and the benefits of meditating which I am now going to try doing. Every woman needs to read this book. I am the same age as Cameron so it was like listening to my very knowledgeable best friend as I read her book with great interest and respect. Absolut tolles Buch
Ich bin super zufrieden, das Buch ist richtig schön gemacht, eine Freude darin zu blättern und zu lesen, der Ton von Cameron muss man einfach lieben, ich hatte schon ihr estes Buch sehr gemocht, dieses ist aber noch besser finde ich. Unbeding in Original lesen denn es ist so als würde man mit ihr ein gespräch führen, sehr lebendig und aufrichtig. Auch sehr interessant und wissenswert, ich habe viel gelernt

Einfach mal lesen
Das Buch ist gut recherchiert geschrieben und behandelt alle interessanten Aspekte des älterwerdens . Ich kann es empfehlen - in Original natürlich , in den Übersetzungen geht oft der sprachwitz verloren .
