I have a very full bottom and 42D top with a smaller waistline.** A: The fabric does have a good stretch to it. This is a great costume and looks very authentic. **Q: Hi Is this 1950's custome?** A: I was going to wear it for 1960s. I googled your question. I think this would look okay for 1950s **Q: Just asking for a friend he’s 6’3 and is 180lb his shirt size is also a large. What size would you recommend?** A: My wife wore a large and she is 5’7 and 125 lbs. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ Not worth it. Clasp broken, missing items *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 June 2025* The dress fits well but the hat doesn't fit, it'll "float" on your head. I didn't get a wings pin on my hat. The wings pin sent to me was broken and by the time I realised, it was the day I was wearing it so there was nothing I could do. The bag has no clasp so you have to be careful nothing falls out. It looked nice but not value for money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prompt delivery fit well *by on Reviewed in Australia 6 March 2026* Used for bachelor party, worked well ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfection *by on Reviewed in Canada 10 November 2024* This was perfect, a couple of minor tweaks. The flight pins are pretty fragile, so I sewed one on the hat and the other on the lapel of the dress. The dress took a bit of finessing to make sure the seams didn’t show, so I tacked them down with a few stitches and did the same with the lapels of the dress, just to make sure everything stayed in place, I cut a piece of round cardboard and stuffed it in the top so it had more structure. It wworked perfectly. I safety pinned the flap on the hat and then sewed the other set of wings to it. I didn’t use the scarf That the costume came with. I purchased a silk scarf off of Amazon and it really elevated the costume. I also purchased a pair of white gloves from Amazon, and slipped my real purse into the tiny bag that the costume comes with. A friend dressed up in the same outfit and it was really cute and perfect! Definitely no regrets with a little bit of tweaking. Go for it ~ especially if you can get a few friends to join. ## Frequently Bought Together - Retro Stewardess Costume - Dreamgirl Mens Pilot Costume, Adult Mile High Pilot Hugh Jordan Halloween Costume for Adults - Beelittle Airline Pilot Captain Costume Kit Pilot Dress up Accessory Set with Aviator Sunglasses --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/266764891-california-costumes-women-retro-stewardess-adult-sized-costumes-pack-1](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/266764891-california-costumes-women-retro-stewardess-adult-sized-costumes-pack-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
