I purchased the face blaster, one of the claws broke. Who do I ask for a replacement from?

I reveived an email a few day after receipt. The email was from Ashley Black Guru - Amazon Market Place asking what i thought about the product. I responded that it was broke. They emailed me back with instructions. They had me send them a few pictures. They sent a replacement and i did not have to return the broken one. The replacement was fine and is still in good condition.

If the seller is Ashley Black Guru will the same warranty apply?

Someone asked this in the Ashley Black's FB group and her response was the following: Ashley Black YES - Amazon has a 30-day return policy, but you'll be covered under our 1 year warrantee in case of manufacturer defects!
