My motherboard does not have hdmi video port. can i just pick one of my attached video cards and connect it to its hdmi port?

You can probably get an adapter to HDMI, you don't mention what kind of video ports you have. If you have a DVI or Display Port you can probably just get an adapter to HDMI without the need to add an extra graphics card to your computer.

Does this support 4k 60hz? does it support 1440p 120hz as well? i have another headless monitor that said it supported 4k 60hz but it meant 4k or 60hz

These are and older model so I highly dought that it does. I do know it supports 1080p 720p at 60hz for sure. I dought these for mining. So testing them at higher rez isnt needed.

Does this support 3440 x 1440 resolution?

Nope. I just tried it on my Mac and it was not an available resolution even when holding down the OPTION key and selecting Scaled.

Does this support hdr?

This doesn’t display any output. Purely for using remote access software and having a full resolution session.
