I ordered this and the cusstomer used it once. It quit working after the 1st use. Can we replace it or return it?

Prompte Lieferung und gute Qualität bringt auch wirklich 60 bar nicht so wie der Nachbau

Die Prüfpumpe ist nach 3 Einsätzen defekt: der Druckzeiger ist beim Ablassen des Drucks (19 bar) über den Pin der Nullmarkierung gerutscht und ist verbogen. Die Prüfpumpe ist so nicht mehr verwendbar. Hatten bessere Qualität erwartet.
