Can you chew and swallow it ?

Yes...I'm just finding out this Harvest Moon 2023. I am chewing it right now. I also made a tea adding myrrh. I buy mines from a local health food store and originally got it to use for spiritual purposes. To know now the duality of it makes me so grateful.

How long would 3 oz last if chewed every day?

My inflammation has improved

Excellent tears, very fragrant and delicious. I made quite a few bottles of water from one tear. I stopped counting after 6 and I’m sure I got at least 9-10. Every bottle was as delicious as the first. I ordered some more right away so I’m sure I will have enough to last me for quite awhile. Whether real or imagined I noticed that my arthritic hands felt better too. That’s exactly why I ordered more right away.
