My husband is allergic to soy so we cannot have teriyaki and usually cannot eat any type of Chinese food. Tonight I made beef stir fry teriyaki with vegetables and it came out great. He truly enjoyed being able to have some type of teriyaki Chinese food tonight. Looking forward to trying it on some other dishes as well. It may not taste exactly like teriyaki sauce with soy sauce but it is so close I can't complain about it at all. If you're allergic to soy give this a try. No it does have sesame oil in it so if sesame is an issue then it would not be for you.

I just found out I was allergic to soy so I am not able to eat soy sauce. I was really craving stir fry and found a recipe that called for this item. It tasted delicious and you couldn’t even tell the difference between this and regular soy sauce. I would highly recommend and I will be purchasing this again.

Big Tree Farms- Please never change this recipe. It is so dang good! It's slightly thicker than the other brands I have tried so it goes a little further. I substitute it in any recipe calling for soy sauce and cannot tell the difference at all! I also just pour it on leftovers that are bland to spice them up for lunch. Words cannot express how good this is.
