Moving and I can't get my cat into a carrier. Will this make him calm enough to catch & take him to our new home without getting shredded?

My male cat was angry after we moved. He was peeing on the dogs bed and being a real jerk to everyone. Seemed he blamed his unhappiness on the dog! I gave him these treats and he got better, but it took several days. I think it has to build up. I was curious so I purchased some L-Theanine supplements and tried it on myself. It made my quality of sleep so refreshing. I felt so rested and less stressed. I assume it works the same for the cat. I found I could not take L-Theanine on a regular basis, it made me a bit dizzy and sleepy after taking it for two weeks. I concluded that it must build up in the body, so I figured it might be the same for the cat. My cat took it (treat or a tiny amount of L-Theanine from a open capsule) for about two weeks and he got over being pissed off.  He just needed to calm down and relax. I think the key is to give it to the cat everyday for at least 3 or 4 days, then they calm down and chill out,  you can then reduce the dose each day and they are still calm. Great product, made life better at my house.

Question 2

Are these hard? I just received them and they are so hard my cat can barely chew it

The problem with these treats is that they are hard and big. If they were just crunchy little treats, it wouldn't be an issue. But they are more like large bricks about the size of a small cats mouth. Basically two bites for a small cat. So good luck getting a cat to gnaw on something like this when they are in full blown panic mode.

Can I give them to a 10 week old kitten ?

The package says "for cats of all sizes" and "safe use in pregnant cats has not been proven." There are no warnings for kittens, in fact it states "for cats of all sizes."The first time I gave one to mine, she immediately took a long nap. Next day, I broke it in half and gave her the tail end so she didn't nap. I would try this for a kitten, just give a half or third. It states that it's not a sedative so I don't see any danger.I think it would be okay for kittens but you have to make your own decision. What kind of behavioral issue is a kitten having?

Does the bag say what flavor it is? My cat doesn't like fish flavor.
