Poop Bag Shop Dog Waste Bags, 220-Count with Poop Bag Dispenser

This is the 3rd time I've ordered these and will continue to do so. They pop in the bone dispenser wonderfully. If you've ever had cheaper bags where the sticker not only tears the end bag, but the bag it's stuck to and maybe a 3rd bag because you are fumbling around- yeah- these haven't done that yet.The little sticker that holds the roll peels off beautifully. In fact, much to my dog's chagrin (I can't be the only one who sticks these on their dogs forehead) they come off quite easily. These are good bags, the perforation between the bags tear easily and smoothly. I purchased some from PetSmart and they SUCKED!!! They tore and for every bag I finally got to use- 2-3 went to waste and while I was able to return without issue- PetSmart doesn't care! I tried to call and give a comment on how bad their product was- and they just told me flat out- "Return it". They.do.not.care. So this is the brand I buy and the brand I stick to, no frustrating over sticky end roll securing sticker, smoothly perforated and big enough to do what it's supposed to do. Our dog is Pug/Beagle mix so for size reference these work fine with plenty of room to tie up.Side note: after reading the other reviews- why should anyone care that you can see that the bag holds poop. It is a bag specifically made for HOLDING POOP! I for one proudly carry my dog's sack of crap like a prize winning kill back to the trash bin- because then everyone knows **I** clean up after my dog!

These are cheap but they do the job. Never had any trouble with a bag. They unfold easily, you can spot the end that opens, and separating the bag to open is easy. Another not Amazon rates this bag as 4.4 stars and its own bag 4.5 despite the fact that this bag has more 5 and 4 ratings than the Amazon bag and less 3, 2, and 1 ratings. Its correct rating 4.63 making it higher rating than the Amazon bag and not less than. In general Amazon overall ratings can be very different than the correct one they can be in error by over 30%.

I have always had a hard time finding "the right" bags for picking up after my dog. Some bags are WAY too big (I have a small 4lb Yorkie), other bags are too flimsy and cheap. Some of the bags even rip when you're trying to tear off the next bag in the roll which makes for an uncomfortable situation when trying to pick up poop.Some pet stores are even charging $10-15 for a package of bags which is usually about 160 individual bags on 8 rolls. That's way too expensive when you're going through 2 or 3 a day.Here you get 11 rolls with 20 bags per roll. You can choose blue or black and they cost under $10. Plus you get a free roll dispenser shaped like a bone (how cute) which has an advertising logo for their company on it. The bags are on the smaller side, you might have trouble pickup up the mess of a 100lb dog. For most dogs the size shouldn't be an issue. The material is a little thin, but has never ripped or torn on me ever. They seem very durable, and I guess the thinness makes them easier to handle.Overall, I will be coming back to buy some more when I start to run out. Very good deal for the money.

The dispenser and bags are great and function very well. I have never had an issue with tearing or breaking when they are not supposed to and I believe they get the job done. I have a 15 week old Goldendoodle puppy and the bags are sufficient for cleanups, even multiple cleanups if I haven't gotten everything out of the yard right away. However, they are completely inefficient at trapping odors. Perhaps my pup's solid waste is stinkier than other dogs, but if we are out on a walk and I have to pick up mid-walk, I'll double bag the waste otherwise one could pass out from the smell coming from the bag. Actually I was out one afternoon for a walk and was picking up after my dog. My neighbor came by with his two pups and wanted to chat and I was truly embarrassed by the smell escaping from the bag. I'll buy these again but I'm definitely searching for bags that will better take care of the waste smell.

However, these are on the small side and may not work if you have a heavy pooper like a large dog (or multiple ones). I have one cat so they are perfect. An average size poop scoop will fit comfortably, but the jumbo ones may be a tight squeeze. Love the cute dispenser, which hangs on a large hook, but bags can be a little tough to tear so unfortunately it ends up being a 2-handed operation. Otherwise, price is great - i scoop at least 3 times a day so the pet store ones really add up (Beatrice is picky and will do her business on the side if the box isn't cleaned out).9/10/13 update: i reordered the 700-bag size, since i am almost done with the 220 batch i ordered a few months ago. all bags have held up so far without any rips or QC issues. however, they shorted me one roll this time around. not a huge deal, but still annoying.

Yay, finally a perfect doggie bag holder. It fits on my retractable leash (warning: oddly difficult to attach), and has a screw cap so the lid doesn’t pop off. I don’t mind the clanging sound of it hitting the leash, but hold it so it doesn’t do that sometimes.It came with loads of great bags too!

Would have gave this more stars, but I am not thrilled having a picture of feces and the "POOP BAG SHOP" written in bold white on the baggie holder. I thought it was solid black like the picture. I suppose it will still function.

I purchased this product and was hopeful that it would meet our need. The bags are large enough to cover and get an adult human hand inside, sturdy enough to manage various output the dog gives us, and we haven't noticed any smell coming from any of the bags. The bags are a simple construction and do not have any way to secure them closed, but we are able to tie them in a knot without getting the contents all over us. I wish the dispenser fit better around the handle of our retractable leash. The dispenser seems like it is the right size to clip on a regular leash or a small retractable leash, but doesn't seem to work for our large dog retractable leash. Thankfully we have a velcro dispenser attached to the handle of the retractable leash from another time and these bags in their rolls fit in there perfectly.
