How does this compare to the Wada Cello bow grip ?

Better quality and easier on your hand

does this bow grip make the bow too heavy or disturb the bow's balance?

It doesn’t add any perceivable weight. It makes holding the bow much more comfortable. I give them to my students who are having ‘grip’ issues. I prefer to play with one as well.

how many bowgrips comes in a pack?

One. And it works pretty well. But search through the other brands. This is very hard to put on. There is a fatter one that clicks on and helps finger alignment. I have switched to that.

Will this fit a 1/8 cello

It would feel quite large on a 1/8 cello. Possible but a little awkward.
