Half a teaspoon is plenty whole teaspoon is better yet

I used this dried strawberry powder to flavor my strawberry macarons. While it did work, it required a decent amount of the powder for the flavor to really come through. It might be better suited for cookies or icings where the flavor can be more concentrated. Despite being a bit expensive, the quality is undeniable. Overall, a good product if you're willing to use a bit extra to get the desired taste.

This has a nice robust flavor and scent. It did tend to get clumpy when added to ice cream. Next time I'll stir it by hand instead of letting the machine do it.

I add a couple of teaspoons in with fresh berries and whip up a smoothie. Nice.

Not much flavor.

I use this for replacement of jam in strawberry buttercream frosting, it keeps it from weeping and no seeds. The powder smells heavenly, mixes beautifully, and tastes delicious for flavoring frosting. It would be excellent in a smoothie too!
