Great for Keto
Great quality and a little goes a long way. Perfect for keto chaffles and chicken "keto-pasta"noodles. Adds that slight chew texture without needing gluten.

Performs as it's supposed to and superbly packaged. I transfer to airtight bottle that's more convenient for daily access, then use tiny spoon (like a salt spoon) to add a tiny amt to powdered health-shake mix (that uses just water as the liquid – in a blender) to make it more like a thick shake. The added viscosity adds sensuality and makes it last longer and feel more like a meal. Perfect. Just don't use TOO much. Experiment with teensy bit first.

The best Xantham gum
I am low carb and can't have gluten so I use xantham gum often. This is my go to product, it is not the most inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Haven’t used it yet, so cannot tell the quality, but for the amount of the gum, it’s very expensive.

Using something new - Xanthan Gum
While this product is in many things it is the first time I will be adding it myself. It arrived early - and packaged well. It is nice to not worry how something was made and if it has an hidden ingredients. I look forward to many cooking adventures. Have not used it yet but I have grand plans. lol

A little goes a long way
So my use for this product is rather unconventional, but so far it's starting to serve my intended purpose well. Using this product I'm able to make a pourable thickening agent that I can add to various drinks/cocktails so I can do more intricate layering effects for unique presentation as well as tweaking flavor profiles. So far it's a work in progress, but the thickening agent is working splendidly. The White Bottle is the Xanthan Gum mixed with water, the blue and red is the drink where the blue has been thickened with the Xanthan Gum mixture.
