I love this Thorne Theanine for the day time! I take it morning / mid-morning and it definitely helps my mind feel more alert and focused. I can feel the good difference when it kicks in - takes about 30-45 minutes to take effect. I know some people take Theanine for sleep, but for me, this Thorne one really gives me a focused energy during the day. I sometimes take a 2nd capsule around mid-afternoon. I love it so much, that I am on my 3rd bottle. It has also helped my overall mental health. Honestly, I was struggling with anxiety for years due to some outside circumstances. I had been taking mental health meds/anxiety meds. I started having heart problems and needed to stop the mental health meds. I switched to natural supplements like this Thorne Theanine, Vitamins B1 in high dose, Vitamins D3 & K2, and cut out social media. My anxiety is non-existent, and I feel a peaceful calm that I never felt before in my life. I’m so grateful I was able to stop the meds. Cannot recommend this enough!
