Useless, doesnโt work for me. Thorne Stress B Complex works better.

Bought these to take at bed time for sleep quality and to reduce sleep disturbance. I take this and magnesium both at bed time and when I forget I usually can tell the difference! The Thorne brand is a bit more expensive due to the high quality of ingredients, but worth it! If I'm going to buy again I will get this brand!

For the occasional anxiety.
These help so much for when I have something big planned that I know would cause me anxiety. They kick in within 30-45 mins and they give this calm. I don't get dizzy or tired, just a feeling like my anxiety was knocked down a notch or two. It doesn't completely eliminate it, but it makes it manageable. Super easy to swallow they are very small pills, no weird texture, taste or smell. No other weird side effects, that I've experienced. Pretty good quality.

This Thorne Theanine gives me a calm focus during the day!
I love this Thorne Theanine for the day time! I take it morning / mid-morning and it definitely helps my mind feel more alert and focused. I can feel the good difference when it kicks in - takes about 30-45 minutes to take effect. I know some people take Theanine for sleep, but for me, this Thorne one really gives me a focused energy during the day. I sometimes take a 2nd capsule around mid-afternoon. I love it so much, that I am on my 3rd bottle. It has also helped my overall mental health. Honestly, I was struggling with anxiety for years due to some outside circumstances. I had been taking mental health meds/anxiety meds. I started having heart problems and needed to stop the mental health meds. I switched to natural supplements like this Thorne Theanine, Vitamins B1 in high dose, Vitamins D3 & K2, and cut out social media. My anxiety is non-existent, and I feel a peaceful calm that I never felt before in my life. Iโm so grateful I was able to stop the meds. Cannot recommend this enough! No side effects, easy on the stomach. I love Thorne products and this one is very effective for me!
