I’m a regular caffeine drinker . I took the dose as indicated and it literally caused a near panic attack! Very negative intense effect that kicked off immediately ! Really test your tolerance first and beware of the effect.

Useless. No effect at all

I started to use this product to cut down on coffee consumption. Ultimately I wanted to save money because I was spending too much on coffee, and let me tell you, this is better than coffee. Recently, my bag was stolen and luckily there wasn’t much inside. The most valuable thing stolen from me was this supplement. I had to get me a new bottle ASAP because they’re just that good. At work, nothing has kept me more focused and driven. I have consistently increased my productivity and will continue to improve thanks to this supplement. I’ve been using it for about a month, and admittedly, it was a slow start. At first, I started taking just one capsule 3 times a day when needed throughout my time at work. The first few days were the worst. Just one capsule increased my heart rate and made me extremely sweaty. But I have problems with social anxiety so this might not happen to all. Eventually I felt the product have an opposite effect; it kept me calm and focused on my work. I started taking two capsules my first dose and then only taking one more every few hours as needed and the effects were excellent. I feel myself able to handle high stress situations probably a little better than without taking the product. Currently, I am taking two capsules half an hour after I wake up, and two during lunch at work. Sometimes I will take a total of 5 capsules in a day when I work late. The result is the same. I am more productive, more focused and less tired overall. No jitters, no elevated heart rate. 10/10 would recommend. But it’ll take some experimentation to find your correct dose.

I am in no way advocating that anyone stop taking their prescribed medication, but, due to a heart problem, I was no longer able to take Adderall(prescribed for adhd and depression) and I replaced it with this. I had been taking it for several months and it did great for me, And when I had to stop taking it because of my heart, I felt horrible all the time and I was so tired and I couldn't get anything done. I tried the regular dose of this and it didn't help very much. So I took three pills this morning, which is equivalent to 150 mg of caffeine, and it worked really well. Everyone needs a different dose of caffeine. 100 mg works really good for some people, but I had been desensitized to caffeine because of my use of energy drinks. That is why I need a larger dose. When I took the three pills, I was a little bit jittery but I was in a good mood and I was ready to do all my homework! I like these pills because I can get the caffeine boost without a terrible crash or crankiness, and I don't have to get all the extra stuff that I would get from an energy drink. I also wear a Fitbit to monitor my heart rate. To compare, when I was on Adderall, my heart rate would spike to 120 beats per minute just from walking around. My resting heart rate is 74, And my average heart rate when I'm walking around without being medicated is about 90. When I take my elite caffeine pills instead of Adderall, I don't get that alarming spike at all. Again, I am not recommending that anyone stop taking their prescribed medication, I just hope to share my experience with people who are going through something similar. If you are looking for something to help you with ADHD and/or depression, or just give you a boost for some studying, I would definitely give this a shot. Try the basic dose that is recommended on the bottle, and if that doesn't work for you, maybe take a little bit more. It is working great for me and I will definitely buy another bottle when I finish this one. I am really happy that I found this supplement because I don't know how I would get through this semester without it!

I tend to get more snappy/anxious if I take regular caffeine pills intended for a quick energy boost. Usually 100-200mg. After a lot of research and reading the reviews on this I thought I would give it a shot. While I'm sure it works great for some, I can't say that it did much for me. I ended up creating my own dosage...taking one of my normal 100 mg caffeine capsules WITH one of these and it seems to do the trick for now. I get a steady energy boost (not as much as I would like) without the jitters or increased anxiety.
