Totally useful for powering up iPod shuffles provided the battery is still good
I had two iPod shuffles that had not been used for nearly ten years. The “newer” one charged perfectly with either cable and works perfectly. The older one is not holding a charge, but it had been drawing power based on the little light, so I will attempt to charge it a bit longer. Due to the age of both of these iPod shuffles, I don’t expect to be able to sync up iTunes that were recently purchased.My main reason for leaving this review is specifically for those who purchased the cables and found that “neither of the cables worked”. It’s more likely that the iPod shuffles that they were trying to charge had batteries that no longer had the ability to be charged. As far as syncing goes, there have been so many generations of iTunes and iPads, this is likely why the cables may not achieve successful synching with older iPod shuffles. For me, it was worth $8.99 to find out that at least one of my iPod shuffles still works. So again, the cables were perfect for charging probably because the iPod shuffle has a functional battery.

Quickly Shipped and Works Fine
