It seems to me to be as good as the O-T+C brand and works as well. There's a slight conflict with a diabetes medicine I take,but on average it does the trick with minimal side effects. And, although I have the Amazon extra coverage for shipping, the total price is still about the same. A necessary product in my case, and Amazon rules because of convenience.
