I bought this to keep my fruit from browning while preparing it for canning. It worked like a dream. This is a product that is not available in stores in my area, so I am beyond pleased with the product and price.

Convenient and easy to use. This was a recent purchase but so far I have added a tiny bit (less than a tsp.) of the Vitamin C powder to smoothies, water bottle and bath water. .

I used about a heaping teaspoon in a bowl of water to soak apple slices, prior to drying, and the apples definitely didn't turn brown, so it seems like this is the real Ascorbic Acid.

Last time I wrote a review on this product, Amazon rejected it because I use it to stay regular. Shame you cannot acknowledge functions that are normal to all animal life. Tsk.Terence Sutherland

Persimmons turned out great after soaking in this solution but don't use too cold of water cause crystals won't dissolve.

Fine powder, blends well. Wish it came in a jar, but it still stores well in the baggie.

Bought this to keep my fruit from turning brown while I was canning. Used this in my canning projects to keep light fruits like apples and pears from going brown. Does the job.

Worked excellent to clean rust spots off of the pool floor. Be careful with handling! It will absorb in your skin
