Q: Please advise if these ballooon need a special light reflection to react and glow ? Or just when it is dark they glow?

They do not glow by themselves. You need to put them under a black light.

Q: Having a hard time getting pump to blow them up. using small nozzle and still not working. please advise. maybe a video??? they do glow well!

Look for a two way pump. Make sure the holes at the bottom are not obstructed. Look on YouTube for how to use a two way pump or balloon pump.

Q: Can you blow up these balloons 8-10 inches long? Making a neon sprinkle backdrop for an 80s party.

These are 260 balloons. 2 inches around 60 inches long. Use a two way pump to blow them up. Please note, these will not float with helium.
