I had had my first cup of coffee from my Cold Morning Cold Brew and it was delicious. I inserted the filter, added coffee and water, and let it sit in the frig overnight. I got a fabulous cup of iced coffee! It is SO easy to take care of, too. The coffee was easy to get out of the filter, and the filter rinsed out very easily. This is quite an improvement over my previous method of using a huge mesh colander, 2 bowls, etc. -- those things are cumbersome and tip easily. Not the Cold Morning.What a fabulous idea!

The filter is good but the lid leaks. It looks like it is made of glass in the photo, but it is cheap plastic. The lid has no rubber gasket/seal so it leaks. It DOES work, but for 20$, its a piece of garbage.

I love cold brew coffee, and the idea of this big filter that you can use in the plastic mason jar that comes with it or in a large mouth mason jar grabbed my attention. I knew that I could rotate the filter from one mason jar back to the original so that there would be no waiting if I needed to make more coffee - with Cold Brew you must plan ahead because it takes at least 12 hours to brew. When the product arrived I washed it out and used it the first time making VERY concentrated cold brew and it was perfect! But then when I was rinsing it beneath the tap for the first time to clean it the bottom slipped out of the filter. I was very disappointed - this filter seemed just exactly right for cold brew, and I was very disappointed. I wrote to the seller - not expecting much - but I had an answer from them in MINUTES. Literally. In under 10 minutes they answered, and two days later I had a replacement. The seller explained that one must have slipped through quality control because they hand check every one of their products, and I believe them. I have checked the bottom of this replacement, and it's so sturdy that I imagine it will last for years!This is a great product and I am very happy to have purchased it!!! You are not confined to using the container it comes in, you can also use different sized wide mouth mason jars if you wish which makes it very versatile. It is my favorite cold brew appliance and it is half the cost of my other one.

I'm very pleased with this filter. I replaced the plastic jar with a wide mouth quart jar to address the liquid displacement issue and because I prefer to use glass - I'm guessing the plastic will becomed stained over time and more difficult to keep clean.By grinding beans in batches, pouring them into the filter, adding water a bit at a time and using a spoon to thoroughly mix and wet the grounds, you won't have grounds floating to the top. The stainless steel filter is easier to empty than the french press I've been using, a breeze to hand wash, and dries quickly.

The strainer is very fine and does fit a glass mason jar perfectly. It makes good cold brew. My only complaint is the plastic jar which is not BPA free and a bit cheap. They should sell it with a glass jar. However, the strainer is worth the price.

Love this cold brewing system! Very simple to use, easy to clean, and the ability to use the filter with a glass quart jar (in addition to the jar that is included) is a plus. The filter completely contains the coarse grind coffee, no grounds escape into the concentrate. Great concentrate for iced coffee!

Perfect for that preparing smaller quantities storage and preparing reserves.

Love this product, I can my cold brew with me everywhere!!
