The front knobs, which are the most fragile part are very exposed during transportation. If those knobs get damaged your whole system is not going to work. I broke mine that way and tried to get the parts replaced under warranty. Napoleon would not replace them because I was not using the correct hose from my 20lb tank to the grill. They say you must use the 3ft adaptor they produce, part number 66004. You can find this hose on Amazon. The grill is also quite heavy Pros: The cast iron grill is great. It heats up well and is very durable. Customer service was very helpful and did a video call with me to help me try to fix the problem I was having.
