These are spicy and delicious, a good, quick, grab and eat vegan meal, I’ve bulked them up by tossing in frozen veggies or baked tofu when I felt like, but also just eaten them as is when I didn’t want to use more time or brain power than it takes to boil water. They’re bigger than like, original Cup Noodles and very filling. I love the price, especially on a labeled vegan item …when it’s low… for some reason it seems to wildly fluctuate, from totally reasonable to double that, like weekly, in the few months since I discovered them. I have them on subscribe and save because they’re great but if the price is at the point where it costs double I pass on that month. Local stores to me do carry them, and for the better price, but I like getting the bulk package and having them on hand for a while over buying just 1 or 2. There is another vegan variety by this brand with green packaging, some of the reviews call that one spicy but I don’t know if they were confusing it with this one (which definitely makes my nose run, lol) because I didn’t think that one’s very spicy at all? I actually get both, because sometimes I want the burn and sometimes I don’t. I’d recommend both! …But maybe not this one if you’re someone who doesn’t like spicy.

Delicious broth and the noodles are perfect with a splash of hot sauce

I’m a college student and I usually have this on my lazy days. This tastes so good. The spicyness is perfect and smells so good too. I’ve bought 6 of these so far!!!!

Many products labeled spicy often aren't - this one is nicely spicy, which is great. (Non-spice people: avoid this one or add part of the spice packet [vs the entire thing] to find the right spice level for you.) The noodles are good and the dehydrated veg are okay. While the broth is spicy, it doesn't have much depth or complexity of flavour - a quick fix-up with ginger, garlic, etc., was my answer to that. Would buy again, but IMHO they do need doctoring vs being tasty as-is. I also add fresh veg to make them more nutritious and interesting, which I highly recommend. Enjoy!

Decided to order some of the vegan 2.64 ounce packs of 6 for nongshim shin ramyun vegan. I ordered 3 boxes and it came in red boxes with red cups. These were really really good so I decided to order some more for some family. The second batch came in green boxes with green cups. For the most part the nutrition and ingredients were the same, the main difference I noticed at a quick glance is that the green ones have sesame oil and are listed as having mushrooms, while the red ones list having shitake mushrooms and no sesame oil. The quality hasn't changed much but I do feel like the red ones are slightly more flavorful and maybe just a bit more spicy as well. I looked at their expiration dates on the red vs green ones and it looks like the red ones are overall older batches and the green ones are newer. Both versions are still very good and definitely worth the sale price of less than 9 dollars for a 6 pack, but I pray those of you playing the amazon casino get red ones over green ones.

I really wanted to like these but I do not. I like the noodle, and the veggies but the seasoning packets have way too much black pepper in them and it is all I can taste.
