Would I need wooden 2x4 reinforcements or can I just directly mount my Spider 200 with cement anchors into my cement ceiling? I have a 70lbs bag

You should be able to mount it directly to the cement. Anchor screws should say the amount of weight they can hold. Make sure the total weight adds up.

While I know this isn't it's primary use, but could I use this mount for a child's indoor pod swing?
