Good except the for the HDMI port
It works fine with my laptop except for the HDMI connection. When I use it, I can see that the data is compressed and it looks awful. I had to use the laptop HDMI plug directly.Come with a US plug instead of a big Brit. I had to change the power coord.

Great basic dock!
Works great to add an external keyboard, mouse, and monitor to a basic work computer without enough ports!

Overall works fine
I plug many monitors to it. Sometimes I have to insist and move around with the plug before it is detected by the dock. Advantages easily overcomes the inconvenience. I recommend it.
