Absolutely my favorite multivitamin gummy. The taste is definitely mixed berry flavor and they do grow on you! They are sweetened with fruit juice and have NO refined sugars in them so that's great! I've had no side effects from these and they seem to be easy to digest too. I take 4 a morning after I eat. I store the jar upside down and that way they come out easily and stay separated much better for you - give it a try! :) All in all a well rounded multivitamin for me at the age of 67 and I will continue to buy them since I feel better when I have them in my body.

Background: 49 yr old reviewer here, 99% sure I'm perimenopausal. Extremely high-stress, overly demanding job, frequently work 7 days a week. So I need as much energy and balance as I can get.I've tried many multivitamins. I cannot swallow large pills, so choices are limited. I genuinely feel that this vitamin works, I felt a difference when I stopped for about a week and started again. More energy, in general just a better feeling overall. Best tasting vitamin gummy I've found. First few seconds have that vitamin flavor, but that quickly disappears with fruit flavors which are pleasant. The texture is less squishy like most gummy vitamins, which I actually prefer. It reminds me of pate de fruit consistency. I think it's worth the price for both quality and the fact that I don't have to eat an unpalatable vitamin. And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I've taken.As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily. Yes, I usually have to gently bang the bottle again to loosen them up, but I've find storing them sideways makes it easier. It's not ideal, but these vitamins are worth the effort.

It's a bit pricey, and I'm not a fan of the taste...too tangy for me. It also has a weird, paste-like texture.However, I'll keep buying it for the health benefits, especially since it's organic and highly rated as one of the best. I take two a day instead of the recommended dose because I'm already taking other supplements.
