And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I've taken.As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily.
