Why does it take 2 months to ship Do they come from outside the united states? If so where ?

I believe that is seller specific. Packaging shows they're made in Switzerland, so that may have something to do with it. I'd imagine most sellers can ship a lot faster than that.

Are the metal blades good for cutting pvc as well?

i havent used the metal blades on pvc, but I bet you would get a smoother cut than I got with the wood blades.

I'm actually more interested in the case. Is it a strong case to hold blades? What's the longest blade you can hold in the case?

Do these blades fit Porter Cable reciprocating saw?

Yes...they have a standard shank and would fit all reciprocating saw. My saw is a Porter Cable. They are great saw blades.
