I have been trying to get this repaired or replaced but have not had good service from the seller. I finally got it to a LG service center for the second time. The first time they returned it with no fault found. It is not immediately obvious until you use the monitor. Then you see that the left side of programs windows are cut off . They compared it to another new monitor they had in stock of the same model and it also has the same problem. I'm now waiting for response from LG to see if there is a way to repair it. Maybe with some calibration or firmware update. I cannot recommend this monitor as it is faulty out the box.
