For my bichon it didn’t work at all. It made the tear stains worse.

So worth it!
It's made a huge difference to the tear stains for my dog and I've been using 1 chew per day since mid March. I also clean her eyes daily, I've done this with her since she was a puppy and she still had terrible tear stains, so I know that the chews are really making a huge difference. One thing I've noticed is that she still gets them to a degree, but they seem easier to wipe off.If your dog, like mine, doesn't like the chews, I'd suggest breaking them into smaller pieces and mixing with food, or treats.
